What it is

TEN20 is the operational toolkit that surrounds dispatch — not a replacement for it. The platform combines live field tracking, situational awareness, unit status, and management oversight in a single access-controlled environment, purpose-built for the specific operational needs of organizations working across Ontario.

Who it is for

Use is restricted to approved personnel within participating organizations. Account creation requires organizational authorization; the platform is not available to the general public.

Security and access

All access is monitored and logged. Authentication is required for any operational view, and accounts are issued only with organizational authorization.
